Project brief and objectives
CCV Informační systémy uses JIRA and Confluence as their primary information systems. At the beginning of 2011, the company contacted us for assistance in resolving frequent server outages and extended system downtimes. Since then, we have been providing complete management of JIRA and Confluence for CCV. On a daily basis, we process the client’s configuration and system setup requests, ensuring their execution in accordance with the service agreement. We provide proactive monitoring of the entire environment and suggest system adjustments that lead to overall system stability. The availability of the environment has consistently exceeded 99%.
