Description of training
In the case of Cloud environments, automation is a special topic. Thanks to automation, it is possible to simplify repetitive tasks and save yourself the work of repeatedly switching ticket states in Jira or automatic assignment, etc. At the same time, there is no programming involved, so almost anyone can easily create rules for automations.
Workshop in Czech language, conducted personally by Atlassian Expert Cloud Specialist to transfer knowledge about automation in Jira. During the 4-hour workshop, the customer will get basic theory, practical examples, best practices, sustainability recommendations and a basic rule library. The workshop will conclude with participants verifying their knowledge with examples and is suitable for 5-7 participants in Jira Admin, Project Manager, Product Owner, Project Lead roles. The training is offered in a face-to-face format.

Prerequisites
We assume that the participant:
- has an understanding of the basic functionality of Jira
- knows the principles of algorithms (if, else…)
- basic technical knowledge
- knowledge of REST API is recommended (not required)
