Most professionals aim to climb up the corporate ladder. However, Jan Špatenka, former operations director of an IT company, did the exact opposite. He voluntarily left his top position to help build a turquoise organization with a flat structure, and later, without guarantees, sought his new role in an open ecosystem. Today, after three years, he calls this step the best decision of his career.
