Some Cyber Fox employees were experiencing excessive workloads. Working across multiple teams, they faced overlapping demands that were impossible to meet within regular working hours.
More efficient planning and clear rules
By adjusting processes and configuring the advanced planning tool Plans in Jira Software, we created an integrated project management system with clear rules. Teams now have a transparent virtual space for breaking down and assigning tasks according to priorities and capacity. The combination of improved tools and refined workflows boosted planning efficiency.
These changes also eliminated confusion in task prioritization, supported by a deeper understanding of agile methodologies.
